Radio Manager is about 50% re-designed, some areas are still lacking updates, ie Memories, groups, etc....
Radio & Smeter images are now being cached, shorter refresh delays will not generate big cpu loads anymor, as the image is only generated once per delay.
Increased the "radio connection" timeout to 3 seconds from 1 second, sometimes it takes longer than 1 second to read the radio, on slower machines.
Converted from W3C HTML 4.0.1 Transitional to W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional, this is to assure best browser support! http://validator.w3.org/
Now utilizing the php_tidy extension if its running, this will clean up the XHTML output of your radio page. It can be enabled in the WampServer try icon, under PHP Extensions.
Added tunable DX Spotter fee, along with an alpha test of the FreqSpotter API.

You can now force users to ask before tuning. This system is enabled by default and can be disabled in the Radio Manager under Global Settings.
Guest names are now short Unique IDs, enabling the lookup of any guest.
Updated frequency step buttons, users can now select the step they want, and "scan around".
You can now click to view available chat smilies, can also click on the smiley image to insert it into the chat.
You can now specifiy tunable frequency ranges, ie"avaiable bands". PLEASE SET YOUR RADIOS LIMITS!
Experimenting with Auto owner login from "localhost" or 127.0.0.1 IP.

Protection from tuning while transmitting, if your radio is in TX, Tuning is disabled. Currently only the owner is allowed to tune if radio is in TX.
Messages now shown in there own "box", that can be hidden.
CSS Template list in the radio manager is now a scanned list of css files in the CSS folder. You can create your own css file or make copies of modified ones and easily use them.
Updated chatbox iframe to use its own css template.
Updated stream.php, audio plugins are now detected on used based on detection
Read count is not updated if radio owner is logged in
Fixed bug, View All Memories button is now shown when no memories exist.
Security level and reserved slot enabled status is now published.
You can now let everyone view the audio links or hide it to members.

New IP Banning System, IP range banning coming soon.
Memories, Advanced Radio Controls, Current User list now shown only when your allowed to tune.
Owners can now disabled the reserved slot system in the radio manager under global settings; users are no longer allowed to enable a reserved slot if they can not tune.
Updated CSS core, more elements have been named, fixed some browser issues.
Converted memories link on main page to a button, its more noticable now.
Updated the statistics to format the number display, added "total unique ips" count, re-ordered the list.
Added a "Join Group" button to the Tuning Disabled message, to help users find this function.
