Double check that the Windows Firewall (or your anti-virus firewall) has an exception for the Unreal Server. The path to the server on a 64bit computer is

C:\Program Files\UnrealStreaming\UMediaServer\UMediaServer.exe

I have both Live Server and Unreal Server running before I started RCForb Server. I don't know what I did before that got it to work, but I'll keep trying.

General Support / Re: How to remote a Flex 6400
« Last post by w8rj on Yesterday at 11:16:20 am »
Flex 6000 series of radio's do not use the serial port connection parameters, they hook up through your LAN. So make sure your radio is connected to the LAN.

1) In Radio Config select Flex->SmartSDR
2) Audio Config.. Select DAX 1 for RX audio (Record Device). I can't remember the exact name for the TX audio, but it's the Playback device that has TX in its name. You will need to enable that device in Flex's DAX control panelfor TX audio.

Here's a couple of threads for you to look at

General Support / How to remote a Flex 6400
« Last post by w8mt on Yesterday at 09:24:53 am »
I had an Icom 7300 and it worked perfectly with RemoteHams, but I ended up selling it.  Now I have a Flex 6400 and need help with RemoteHams.  Bad thing is, I am not real familiar with the 6400 so try to patient with me if you can assist.

Thank you,  Roger, W8MT.

Thanks as always

Tap "Settings" (usually 3 vertical dots) and select Audio Options->Mic Source. One of those options should work for you.

thank you

Can you point me to a conversation concerning external mic use?  I can hear through my bluetooth but it seems that I can only use the Android devise's mic

I think the issue is actually server side with Icom radios. In an attempt to make the S-Meter label more readable, the Icom driver adds a space before and after the "+" symbol.

Once you're connected, the first tap of the back key will ask you to logout. The next tap of the back key will close the app. Closing the app will also log you out.
