First close all server instances on all the computers.

Power down your router and power it back up.

Go into the router setup, and set up your port forwarding rules.

If your router allows it, set up a DHCP reservation for the computer the server is going to be on. This will make sure the local IP of the computer is always the same.

Start the server and the ports should be open.

If not, leave the server running and double check the port forwarding rules in the routerm and edit them as required.

If you're going to be switching around diffrent computers and servers, you need to understand the basics of port forwarding. There's a lot of information on the web.

You can only forward a port to one local IP in the LAN. If you use a different computer with a different local IP, or the same computer but different local IP, the port forwarding rule is broken and needs to be updated in the router.

If you're connecting inside your LAN read this post

hopeless

Now again I cannot start the server and open the ports on the second pc in the own WLAN. The ports alway open on the second pc direkt connected to the lan by cable. But the pc connected via wlan cannot open the ports.

I changed the ports for the radio and audio on the wlan server to 4526/27 and back again to 4524/25 etc.

Why is it so difficult, even in the own network, to get these ports running.

There is a chance you may need to check the RTS checkbox, if the CAT cable you have ties the RTS to CTS pins to fool the hardware handshaking normally required with Kenwood radios
