hello,
my english is not good, I use Google Translate for it. :(
Now my problem, since a few days is not my gadget on my homepage. On the Google Gadget page does my load all gadgets Error 404 appears. The gadget has always worked.

A friend has tested and gets on the Google page gadget also Error 404, so it's got to be a general problem.

Goes with you the RemoteHAms Gedget yet?

many greetings

Looks like they have been discontinued . Not one of gadgets on the google site are available now.
You have 2 options.
Option 1, host all the files needed on your own web server, see here http://forums.remotehams.com/index.php/topic,302.0.html

Option 2, link to the remotes page on the RemoteHams web site, example my RX320,  http://www.remotehams.com/orb.html?id=7108

Hallo m3ghe,

Thanks for the answer and quick help, I already thought it is up to the provider or to my new router, but after all the gadgets presumption was not working close it is to google.

With the best regards,

You can embed an ORB page using an iframe now, since Google gadgets are not longer available.

This code will embed the first matching "dd8jm" named remote.
Code: [Select]
<iframe src="http://www.remotehams.com/orb-embed.html?id=dd8jm" frameborder="0" width="700" height="650"></iframe>
Attached is a html file with the above code.

Hello kg6ypi,
thanks for the help, I already had a ifram Embed on my side when it did not work.

I wanted the page but it does not come in to install the other side.

Look here is my site:
http://saure.org/amateurfunk/remotetransceiver/index.php

Too bad that no longer exists the Gedget.

Many greetings from Germany

Yes, the iframe code should work.

These URLs are available,

For ORBID = 5948
http://www.remotehams.com/orb.html?id=5948
http://www.remotehams.com/orb-embed.html?id=5948

You may also provide a text search query for example,
http://www.remotehams.com/orb.html?id=wa6lie
-- or --
http://www.remotehams.com/orb-embed.html?id=barney

I hope this helps,
Brandon

Ray in RCForb server click on options, open settings folder. locate the server.xml file open with notepad and right near the bottom you will see your ORBID.
You used to be able to see it in the client but it's not shown in V0.8.
If your radio is online there is a simpler way, go here http://www.remotehams.com/online.html find your radio in the list and click on the radio name and the window that opens has your orbid at the end of its URL.

You can also right click on the Lobby list in the client, and select OrbID, and that field will appear in the lobby list
