what does this mean, how do i correct it

That message basically means that audio buffer is building up and the server is trying to reduce the size of the audio buffer by skipping some packets. hence the audio sounds a bit choppy.

You can try adjusting the Audio Latency Settings in the server under Options. Attached is a screen shot of the settings on my server.

Don't overlook RFI affecting your modem or router causing the problem.
