ICOM IC7410 Attenuator
« on: April 14, 2018, 01:32:17 am »
I am installing a remote with an IC7410 radio.  It all works really well. My only issue is the attenuator. I can see the Attenuator in the client and if it is on, it shows as -20db, I can turn it off using the client. However I cannot turn it back on, when I click it shows as -20db for a short time then reverts to off, there is no change on the radio - Att is never turned on using the client.  Turning the attenuator on on the radio means it stays on and is reflected on the client. Using a User-defined control in DXLabs commander I can turn the attenuator on and off and this is reflected on the server display.

The problem occurs on both version 0.8 and 0.9 clients.

Thanks for great software and support.

When adding support to the Icom driver for the 7610, I broke the Icom radios with a 20dB attenuator. The server at the link below fixes it.
