What do you mean about this VOiP solution for Hams?

Is it usable for Remotehams? I think especialy on GSM internet connection (often used by me and remote friends) and problems with FT8/PSK distorsions in signal.

It may or may not help with distortion issues when using digital modes, that I can't really answer. You're also on your own in setting it up as it's not supported by us.

As to port forwarding issues with running a server on a GSM (Cell phone network) connection, that issue will remain. The problem is not what codec is used to transport the audio, the issue is that GSM connections don't pass port traffic on their systems. You would still need to use a VPN to connect to the server running on a GSM connection.
