IOS Version of Client

You should also have an IOS version to run on iPad. Android version is a good start but, phone screen is so small and my fingers are so big.

Without appearing to be flippant there are 100s of Android tablets available with up to 21 inch screen size.
You could use one of those if you find the screen small on a phone.

This 'iOS' client looks remarkably like the flash client you can see it in operation here, http://www.remotehams.com/orb.html?id=7108
This doesn't offer TX use of a remote only RX as their is no VOIP solution with it.
One thing intrigues me though, iOS doesn't support Flash.
