If you do not want users activating reserved slots, you may disabled this system in the Radio Manager under Global Settings. Reserved slots allow only one user to tune your radio for a 30 minute session. The radio owner is always allowed to tune.
Step 1: (Install all the software)
rcf-beta-2015.30.exe downloaded 80 times.
This package is designed to check for a Ham Radio Deluxe or Shortwave
Log installation, along with the WampServer. If any are found missing,
the user is given the option to install all the requirements for RCF
automatically. Please follow the instructions provided by the
installer. When installing WampServer, make sure you also check the ionCube Loader option. WampServer may need to be restarted, for the ionCube Loader to activate, after everything is installed.
Step 2: (Configure your radio for first use)
Once installed you will need to load RCF in your web browser by going to http://localhost/. (WampServer must be running and 'Put Online' by left clicking on the icon in the system tray. You will not be able to publish your radio from the localhost url given above. Publish from your global ip or domain name.)
Manual Install: (Linux* & Windows)
rcf-beta-2015.30.zip downloaded 39 times.
You will need to manually extract the above archive into your web
servers virtual folder. In Fedora Linux, this would be '/var/www/html'
by default. You may have to download and configure the ionCube Loader
for your server manually if the automatic run-time installation does
not work properly. This involves editing your 'php.ini' file to load
the ionCube Extension. You may find instructions for Fedora 9 here (Coming soon!).
Daily Builds (For testing new features or just to have the latest.)
Built when there has been active development; mostly daily, sometimes several times a day. These are not cleared as stable and should be used for testing only! If you download a currupt file, it may have been overwritten while you were downloading; please try again.

System Requirements
A web server with PHP 5.2 & MySQL 5.0 support is required;
support for Windows & Linux*. We are recommending users setup the
WampServer (Apache, PHP, MySQL) server stack. Linux distros include the
Apache webserver with PHP &
MySQL support by default.
PLEASE VIEW THE SHARE YOUR RADIO PAGE MORE INFORMATION!
*Linux is only supported by the RCF PHP Application & not Ham
Radio Deluxe or Shortwave Log. Linux support is usefull if you have a
linux based webserver in your "local network" and wish to have that
server control multiple HRD or SWL server boxes.
**Currently there is not native support for cat commands via
com port insde the RCF PHP Application. This is why Ham Radio Deluxe or
Shortwave Log is needed for radio control! In the future, there will be
a php radio control server package available that can actually control
your radio via com port, eliminating the need for HRD or SWL! All three
radio server types will be supported!
